Arcadia Real Estate

Fun and vibrant, this prestigious neighborhood contains some of the most desirable addresses in the Phoenix area

Considered one of the most desirable and priciest addresses in the Phoenix area, Arcadia features many custom-built homes dating back to the 1920s that have been maintained and updated over the years. Situated on acres of land, these estates are priced in the millions and move quickly, making the housing market in this small suburb very competitive.

More moderately priced homes are located here as well, mostly ranch-style, built in the 1950s and ‘60s — not as large as the grander estates and comparatively priced at around $300k.

Surrounded by the remnants of several orange and date groves, this area is lush, green, and somewhat rural and the quiet streets here are dotted with very diverse-looking homes.

Voted a “Best Place to Live” by Money Magazine, Arcadia is minutes from shopping and dining at the Biltmore Fashion Park and Scottsdale Fashion Square.
